What day of the week is my lawn serviced?

We began the week with businesses and then move on to residences. We arrange the residential service date by location.

When is my bill due?

All payments are due at time of service however there is a 15 day grace period. We do offer Monthly payments for our weekly customers that is due by the 1st of every month. 

After 60 days, All delinquent accounts will be turned over to our attorney for collection. All fees associated with the collection process will be added to the final balance.

We reserve the right to contact you by phone ,text, or email for all correspondence.

What is your returned check policy?

All customers “ that have checks returned for insufficient funds will  be charged a minimum $25.00 service fee and may have their service interrupted. We will turn over all NSF checks to the Mississippi Bad Check Unit for prosecution, if you have not paid the NSF fee and original service amount within 15 days from the date you are notified about the NSF check.

Can I request to be skipped one week?

Absolutely. We appreciate it greatly if you can email or phone us at least a day in advance to your service day. 

Do you have Insurance?

Yes, We can provide all documentation upon request by our customer.

What if it rains?

If its light rain we will still make every possible effort to keep you on your scheduled day. However, your lawns appearance and health are important to us. If weather conditions do not permit mowing we will mow the next dry day. Also, if your scheduled for later in the week and it rains in the early week we may still be a day behind the entire week due to weather at the start of the work week. The normal schedule will resume the following work week.

What height do you cut at?

Each grass type requires a different height but unless requested by the client, we always cut as high as we can for the grass type. This prevents weeds and helps maintain a healthy lawn.

I need a one time mowing?

We do not offer one time mowing services we run strict daily routes in order to provide our current customers the very best in service.
